Hi Adorable, Helen here, the Chief Design Officer at Adore Me. My team has the pleasure of designing all the beautiful pieces you've come to love. As you probably know by now, the ongoing pandemic has affected nearly every facet of the fashion industry, and we couldn't be more thankful for all the Adore Me teammates who've risen to the challenge. I wanted to take a second to shout out some of the women, in particular, who've quickly reworked some of our processes to accommodate the ever-evolving situation surrounding COVID-19. As you may have seen, our store locations have officially reopened (apart from Staten Island), and our all-female sales staff is working around-the-clock to ensure all safety protocols are followed (including limiting the number of customers in the store at once, ensuring six feet of distance at all times, and requiring mask coverings to enter). Dressing-room fittings are now maintained at an appropriate distance. Additionally, our female team of technical designers have been conducting completely remote fittings with our fit models via Zoom. This is normally one of the more hands-on parts of the production process, so this was one of the most challenging things to take online. It's certainly a change of pace, but it's, of course, the right decision to protect the health of our employees without sacrificing the quality of our garments. Lastly, we shot our new September Drop in-person for the first time since the COVID-19 outbreak. We're proud to say it was conducted completely safely with stringent measures in-place—and our entire crew behind the shoot were women, including photographers, stylists, and more. Thank you to the ladies behind Adore Me for setting an example of what it means to come together in times of uncertainty. Please, enjoy the fruits of their labor—aka, the new September styles. All the best, Chief Design Officer, Helen Mears
